Project Details
This program is an intensive leadership and personal development exchange held in Cambridge United Kingdom, known as one of the global centers of education. The experience focuses on helping participants unlock their potential as future leaders, explore new cultures, experience life abroad, understand different education systems, and strengthen personal character while learning in one of the most reputable academic environments in the world.
Throughout the program, participants will take part in exclusive workshops designed to build real world leadership skills such as emotional intelligence, professional success in the modern business world, and practical AI applications for work. Participants will also study insights from influential leadership books that have shaped leaders around the globe.
In addition to academic activities, selected students will also explore the beauty of Cambridge, visit historic architectures, enjoy new environments, and build meaningful friendships with international peers. This journey encourages participants to see the world through a broader lens and develop a more global and forward thinking mindset.

Eligibility
- Age between 18 to 45 years old
- Basic English communication skills
- Good physical and mental health, open mindset, and willingness to learn from diverse cultures
- Responsible, adaptable, and ready to step into new experiences
- No criminal record
- Must follow all entry requirements and respect all laws and cultural etiquette in UK
Number of Participants
25 selected participants. Successful applicants will receive an official invitation letter which can be used for leave approval or administrative purposes
Program Duration
All selected participants are required to attend 3 stages:
Stage 1: 7-24 January 2026 Document preparation and visa application for entering the United Kingdom. The organizing team will issue supporting documents and assist throughout the entire process.
Stage 2: Online workshops on 14 and 21 February 2026, from 19.30 to 21.30.
Stage 3: 2-15 March 2026 On site learning activities at Studio Cambridge and the University of Cambridge United Kingdom.
Main Activities in the United Kingdom
- Selected participants will live with a carefully screened host family or at a selected hotel located in a safe and well connected area in Cambridge
- Every morning from 09.30 to 13.30, participants will join world renowned leadership and personal development workshops based on international best selling books, held at Studio Cambridge
- In the afternoon from 13.30 onward, students will take part in cultural excursions around Cambridge and enjoy personal travel time to explore the city at their own comfort
- Participants will also experience the classic Cambridge punting tour
- Visit historic places connected to global leaders, and have opportunities to attend special talks or public lectures inside the University of Cambridge
- The program will conclude with a certificate ceremony upon successful completion

Participants will have the chance to visit some of the most iconic and historic colleges inside the University of Cambridge including:
- St. John’s College:
