Program Overview
An international learning journey crafted for youth and individuals who are eager to explore their inner potential and prepare themselves for a global future.Organized by International Kingdom, a well-recognized institution in global youth leadership development, this program will take place at the Kaani Grand Seaview Hotel, a luxurious 4-star property on Maafushi Island, Maldives.Over three months, participants will take part in a deep and structured learning experience built around three key areas: Self-Discovery, Life Design, and Global Readiness. Each element of the program is designed to help participants gain a clearer understanding of who they are, define their life direction, and develop the skills needed to thrive in today’s world.The core of this experience goes beyond traditional learning. Participants will grow through activity-based learning, guided reflection, and personal exploration, leading them to design their own life path and embrace a mindset ready for global opportunities.Amid the peaceful beauty of the Maldives, surrounded by turquoise waters and quiet shores, participants will reconnect with nature, reflect deeply on their goals, and uncover the best version of themselves.
What Participants Will Experience
A once-in-a-lifetime journey that combines meaningful learning with unforgettable memories. Throughout the program, participants will immerse themselves in enriching experiences that open both the mind and the heart, including:
- Sunset Dolphin Cruise, witness the ocean turn gold as dolphins dance across the
waves. - Snorkeling and Diving Adventures, explore the underwater world of the Maldives,
swim among colorful fish and graceful reef sharks, and see the beauty of the ocean up close. - Quiet Reflection by the Beach, take time to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and find calm away from the rush of daily life.
- Life Vision Workshop & Showcase, present your “My Life Vision” project by the sea, in a supportive space that celebrates creativity, purpose, and personal growth.
- Meaningful Closing Ceremony, an intimate and heartwarming celebration of self-discovery, growth, and achievement shared among new friends and mentors.
The journey concludes with a candlelight dinner by the beach, marking the end of an inspiring chapter and the beginning of a new one. It will be a place of transformation, reflection, and growth, where each participant leaves with renewed clarity, energy, and vision for their future.

Participant Qualifications
Applicants must:
- Aged 18 years or above
- Able to communicate and understand English at a basic or higher level, as theprogram is conducted in an international setting
- Indonesia, Malaysia, and China (Citizens residing abroad are also eligible to apply)
- In good physical health, with a positive mindset, strong motivation for selfdevelopment, and an open attitude toward learning about different cultures
- Responsible, adaptable, and eager to learn new skills and experiences
- No criminal record.
- Willing to comply with all immigration requirements, as well as the laws and culturaletiquette of the Maldives

A total of 15 participants will be selected.
Program Duration
The Maldives Self-Discovery Project runs for a total of four months, from December 2025 to April 2026.
- Phase 1: December 2025 – Program Orientation Participants will join an online orientation session to prepare for the program and connect with fellow participants.
- Phase 2: January 4 – March 22, 2026 – Online Learning & Mentorship Participants will engage in interactive sessions led by expert mentors, focusing on self-discovery, personal growth, and life design for future success.
- Phase 3: April 13–17, 2026 – On-site Program and Closing Ceremony in the Maldives The final phase takes place in the Maldives, where participants will attend workshops, present their personal development projects, and celebrate their journey with an official graduation ceremony.
Program Curriculum
1. Online Learning via Zoom All classes will be conducted online from January 4 to March 22, 2026, every Saturday and Sunday, 19:30–21:30 (GMT+7).
2. Monthly Progress Reporting Participants will receive monthly progress reports that track their personal growth, learning outcomes, and self-development journey throughout the program.

Main Activities
The main activities of the Maldives Self-Discovery Project take place during the on-site program in the Maldives. These activities are exclusively designed for selected participants to experience meaningful growth, reflection, and connection in one of the most beautiful destinations in the world.
- 1.Stay at Kaani Hotel or Kaani Grand Seaview Hotel
- Participants will stay at a luxurious 4-star hotel on Maafushi Island, surrounded by turquoise waters and white sand beaches, a peaceful setting perfect for learning, relaxation, and personal reflection
- 2.Deep-Dive Workshop: “Discover Yourself”
- Held in a seaside hall, this signature workshop guides participants to explore their personal values, strengths, and life goals. Through self-assessment and reflection, participants gain a deeper understanding of themselves and the inspiration to design their future with clarity
- 3.Dolphin & Shark Cruise
- A breathtaking experience at sea where participants will witness playful dolphins in their natural habitat and dive alongside reef sharks and schools of colorful fish in the Maldives’ crystal-clear waters
- 4.Sandbank Picnic & Snorkeling Experience
- Enjoy a day in the heart of the Indian Ocean, relax with a picnic on a natural sandbank surrounded by sparkling blue water, go snorkeling among coral reefs and friendly stingrays, and share peaceful, joyful moments that bring everyone closer together
- 5. Mindful Reflection Sessions
- Each evening, participants will gather for quiet reflection circles by the beach, journaling their thoughts, emotions, and learnings from the day. These sessions offer space to connect with oneself and appreciate personal growth on a deeper level.
- 6.Sunset Fishing & Private Dinner by the Sea
- Experience traditional Maldivian fishing at sunset, then enjoy a special dinner prepared by the resort’s chef using the fish caught by participants. It’s a proud and memorable moment that blends culture, teamwork, and celebration.
- 7.My Life Vision” Presentation
- Participants will step onto the stage in a seaside hall to present their personal visions and future goals before peers and mentors. This powerful session allows each individual to shine and express their growth and clarity after months of discovery.
- 8.Graduation & Closing Ceremony
- The journey concludes with a warm and elegant closing ceremony by the sea. Participants will wear graduation gowns, receive official certificates, and celebrate their transformation together. The evening continues with a candlelight beach dinner under the stars — a moment of reflection, joy, and inspiration that marks the beginning of a new chapter in life.

How to Apply
Step 1: Complete the Application Form
Fill out the Google Form completely and attach all required documents, including your personal profile and supporting materials.
Step 2: Submit an Essay
Applicants must submit an essay in English with the following details:
- Topic: “The Person I Am, The Future I Envision.”
- Length: 300–600 words
- Format: Microsoft Word, Times New Roman, font size 12
- Submission: Save the essay as a PDF file and attach it to the application form

Selection Process and Announcement
- Application Period: From the announcement date until 25 November 2025 (please submit applications by 23:59 UK time).
- Announcement of Selected Participants: 29 November 2025.
- Confirmation of Participation: By December 2025.
- Online Learning Period: 4 January – 22 March 2026.
- On-site Program in the Maldives: 13 – 17 April 2026.
