The Oxford Executive Insights Program 2026 has been carefully designed to meet these needs by offering participants a unique opportunity to study in one of the world’s most prestigious academic settings, while choosing a track that best matches their personal and professional goals. The program welcomes university students, fresh graduates, young professionals, and experienced leaders aged 18–45 who are ready to gain world-class leadership and communication skills through practical learning, cross-cultural exchange, and exposure to global organizations. This program offers two distinct pathways:

  1. Executive Leadership: Designed for emerging leaders to sharpen strategic thinking and leadership skills through case studies, simulations, workshops, and a capstone project, featuring insights from global organizations like Microsoft, Apple, Amazon, Toyota, Starbucks, and SpaceX.
  2. English Communication: For individuals aiming to elevate their academic and professional English, focusing on speaking, writing, presentations, debates, and cross-cultural communication.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must:

  1. Aged 18–45 years, including university students, fresh graduates, young professionals, emerging leaders, executives, entrepreneurs, and other motivated individuals.
  2. Strong interest in studying insights and case studies of global leaders and organizations.
  3. Nationality: Indonesian, Malaysian, or Chinese.
  4. In good physical and mental health, with a positive attitude, self-motivation, and eagerness to
    engage with diverse cultures.
  5. Demonstrates responsibility, adaptability, and flexibility, with a willingness to embrace new knowledge and experiences.
  6. No criminal record.
  7. Complies strictly with all laws and regulations of the United Kingdom.

NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS

25 participants will be selected. Each selected participant will receive an official invitation letter to support leave requests or formal approvals.

PROGRAM DURATION

The program runs for 4 months, from November 2025 to February 2026, and is structured into three phases:

  • Phase 1: November – December 2025: Preparation of documents and visa application. The program organizers will provide all necessary documents and guidance to assist participants throughout the visa process.
  • Phase 2: 8 November 2025 – 14 February 2026: Online study of case studies of global leaders and companies such as Apple, Microsoft, Amazon, Toyota, and Starbucks. Topics include biographies, management philosophies, critical decision-making, academic framework analysis, and strategic planning, with dedicated Q&A and discussion sessions. Classes will be conducted online via Google Meet every Saturday from 19:30 – 21:30 (GMT+7).
  • Phase 3: 16 – 25 February 2026: Onsite workshops and case study sessions held in the classrooms of the University of Oxford, United Kingdom, focusing on leadership lessons from world-class organizations.
  • Note: All workshops are organized by the Oxford International Study Centre (OISC). The University of Oxford is not directly responsible for the administration of the program.

PROGRAM INSTRUCTOR

The program is delivered by faculty from OISC (Oxford International Study Centre) at Oxford, United Kingdom.

  1. Vandie S.
    Vandie S. serves as Senior Economics and Business Tutor at OISC, bringing over 20 years of teaching experience in business, economics, and psychology across various colleges in Oxford. Vandie is experienced in teaching GCSE, A Level, and University Foundation Courses. In addition, Vandie has taught undergraduate courses in International Business, Finance, and PPE (Politics, Philosophy, and Economics) to students at Lady Margaret Hall, University of Oxford.
    Vandie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Arts and Humanities, complemented by a Master’s degree
    in Business Administration, along with additional qualifications in journalism and translation.
    Beyond academics, Vandie is also an accomplished poet and artist, with works exhibited in
    local Oxford galleries and several published collections of poetry.
  2. Lynda P.
    Lynda P. holds a Master’s degree in Management with a focus on Contemporary Globalisation Issues, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She also possesses a Level 3 Teaching for Lifelong Learners qualification, reflecting her expertise in adult education. With extensive teaching experience, Lynda has conducted seminars and workshops on a wide range of subjects, including Leadership, Personal Development, Management, Team-Building, Project Management, Human Resource Management, Marketing Principles, Operations Management, and Psychology of Management at various colleges in Oxford.
    In addition to higher education, she has taught IELTS, English for Business, as well as A Level
    courses in Psychology, Literature, and Drama. Her outstanding contributions have earned her
    the distinction of Outstanding Teacher for courses on Psychology, Team-Building, and
    Leadership at the Oxford Summer School.
  3. Dr. Robert Crampton
    Dr. Robert Crampton brings a wealth of experience from both the corporate and academic worlds. He holds degrees from leading institutions including the London School of Economics and the University of Cambridge, where he earned his PhD in Medieval Literature and History. Prior to his academic career, he worked for nearly a decade in finance with J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. in London, gaining extensive knowledge of strategic business management and organizational leadership.
    Dr. Crampton has taught for more than 10 years as a visiting lecturer at the University of Cambridge, and he currently serves as a faculty member at Studio Cambridge, specializing in Leadership and English language programs. His teaching uniquely combines practical insights from the financial sector with theories of leadership and strategic management, providing students with both deep knowledge and practical tools for effective team leadership. He is also a linguist, fluent in English, French, German, and Italian, with additional expertise in several ancient languages. His wide-ranging academic interests include the history of science, philosophy, finance, and technology, allowing him to bring interdisciplinary perspectives to his teaching.

  4. Alex De Lusignan Alex De Lusignan is an educator at the University of Cambridge and Studio Cambridge, as well as an IELTS examiner for the British Council. He also serves as a researcher at the School of Slavonic and Eastern European Studies, University College London (UCL). Before entering academia, Alex built a distinguished career in international finance and investment, working with leading institutions across Europe, the United States, and Australia. His professional experience includes roles at Citibank (City of London, Sydney, Frankfurt, Manhattan, and Tampa), J.P. Morgan Chase (City of London), and Portigon AG (City of London and Düsseldorf). He has also worked with major European and Swiss financial institutions such as Oracle Financial Services (Frankfurt), Unicredit (Munich), Merrill Lynch Private Bank, Julius Bär, and Swissquote Bank (Geneva). With this unique combination of academic expertise and global financial experience, Alex delivers both theoretical knowledge and practical insights. His teaching equips participants with a comprehensive perspective on leadership, organizational management, and international financial strategy.

Certificates

Upon completing the program successfully, participants will be awarded official certificates. The first is the Certificate of Executive Insights Online Course Completion, issued by International Kingdom. The second and third are the Certificates of Completion for the Oxford Executive Insights Program, jointly issued by Oxford International Study Centre and International Kingdom. These certificates will be formally presented during the Closing Ceremony at Oxford Town Hall.

Throughout the course, participants will engage in case studies, workshops, simulations, and a capstone project, exploring the leadership and organizational strategies of some of the world’s most influential companies, including:

  • Amazon (Jeff Bezos) – Systems thinking and ecosystem building
  • Toyota (Akio Toyoda) – Japanese management principles (Lean & Kaizen)
  • Starbucks (Howard Schultz) – Brand building and corporate culture

Key Learning Themes

  1. Executive Leadership Track: Engage in case studies, workshops, simulations, and a capstone
    project, exploring the strategies and leadership approaches of global organizations. This course
    combines theory and practice, giving participants both deep insights and actionable tools to

Step 1: Complete the Application Form

Fill out the Google Form completely and attach all required documents, including your personal profile and supporting materials.

Step 2: Submit an Essay

Applicants must submit an essay in English with the following details:

  • Topic: “How Leadership and Strategic Communication Can Drive Transformational Impact”
  • Length: 500–700 words
  • Format: Microsoft Word, Times New Roman, font size 14
  • Submission: Save the essay as a PDF file and attach it to the application form

    Provide in English with a professional photo. Include your education background, relevant
    work experience, achievements, and leadership roles.
  • Leadership and Impact Statement
    Write 500 to 700 words in English addressing the essay topic.
  • Leadership Portfolio (optional)
    Include up to 10 pages of documents or evidence showing your leadership achievements.
  • Proof of English Proficiency (optional)
    Submit IELTS, TOEFL, CEFR scores, or documents showing experience in international or
    English-speaking environments.
  • Leadership Referee
    Provide one referee who can support your application. This could be a lecturer, professor,
    internship supervisor, or someone from a leadership role such as a CEO, director, advisor,
    or business partner. Include their full name, title, organization, email, and phone number.
