Oxford International Exchange Program offers a unique opportunity to study English in the historic city of Oxford, a place celebrated worldwide for its academic excellence and inspiring university. Designed for students and young professionals who want to strengthen their communication skills, this program combines language learning with a real international experience.
Participants will join English classes led by experienced instructors in the city of Oxford, where every lesson is built to help you speak and write with confidence. The program focuses on practical learning, encouraging discussions, presentations, and teamwork with participants from different countries. Beyond improving English, participants will also gain cultural exposure, academic insight, and a deeper understanding of how communication shapes leadership in a global setting.
Open to students, graduates, and professionals aged 15–29, the program is an opportunity to learn, connect, and grow in the city of Oxford, home to one of the most inspiring universities in the world.

- Aged 15–29 years.
- Has a genuine interest in improving English proficiency and exploring global communication.
- In good physical and mental health, with a positive attitude, self-motivation, and eagerness to engage with diverse cultures.
- Demonstrates responsibility, adaptability, and flexibility, with a willingness to embrace new knowledge and experiences.
- No criminal record.
- Complies strictly with all laws and regulations of the United Kingdom.
Number of Participants
25 participants will be selected. Each selected participant will receive an official invitation letter to support leave requests or formal approvals.
Program Duration
- Phase 1: December – January 2025 Preparation of documents and visa application. The program organizers will provide all necessary documents and guidance to assist participants throughout the visa process.
- Phase 2: 16 – 25 February 2026 Participants will take part in interactive English Course held at Oxford International Study Centre (OISC) designed to strengthen speaking, writing, and presentation skills. The sessions focus on practical communication through discussions, group activities, and real-life simulations, allowing participants to practice English in an authentic academic environment.

The program schedule and specific activities may be subject to change to ensure the best possible learning experience for all participants.
Certificates
Upon completing the program successfully, participants will be awarded official certificates. The Certificates of Completion for the Oxford International Exchange Program, jointly issued by Oxford International Study Centre and International Kingdom. These certificates will be formally presented during the Closing Ceremony at Oxford Town Hall.

How to Apply
Step 1: Complete the Application Form
Fill out the Google Form completely and attach all required documents, including your personal profile and supporting materials
Step 2: Submit an Essay
Applicants must submit an essay in English with the following details:
- Topic: “How Improving My English Skills Will Support My Future Goals”
- Length: 300-500 words
- Format: Microsoft Word, Times New Roman, font size 14
- Submission: Save the essay as a PDF file and attach it to the application form
Required Documents (PDF format only)
- Resume / CV: Provide a simple resume in English with your basic information, educational
background, and any activities or achievements (school clubs, volunteering, competitions,
language courses, etc.). - Essay: Write 300 to 500 words in English addressing the essay topic.
- Portfolio: Include any certificates, school work, project samples, writing samples, or
achievements that show your interest in learning English or your communication skills. - Proof of English Proficiency (optional): Submit IELTS, TOEFL, CEFR scores, or documents showing experience in international or English-speaking environments.
