PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The London Cross Cultural Leadership and Public Speaking Summit 2026 is an international youth leadership development program, jointly organized by International Kingdom and Speak Up London, and held in London, United Kingdom.
This program is designed to strengthen leadership capacity in the modern world through in depth learning in leadership and public speaking, combined with meaningful cross cultural exchange in a truly global environment.
Participants will gain advanced knowledge in leadership and public speaking while engaging in cross cultural experiences that foster self awareness, inner confidence, and the ability to communicate with clarity and influence.

London, as a city, uniquely combines rich history with modernity and serves as a global hub for education, politics, and communication. Participants will experience both classroom and experiential learning in an environment that challenges thinking and broadens perspectives.
One of the program highlights is experiential learning through visits to the British Museum and the Houses of Parliament, where participants gain firsthand insight into global history, parliamentary debate, decision making processes, and international standards of democratic governance. The program also includes a workshop at Kingston Business School, a globally recognized institution for MBA education.
Throughout the program, participants will learn from experienced faculty and industry professionals while building a valuable international network that supports long term growth in education, career development, and global leadership. The London Cross Cultural Leadership and Public Speaking Summit 2026 is not simply a short term program, but the beginning of a transformative journey toward becoming the leader the world needs.
LEARNING OUTCOMES
1.Leadership Development. Participants will receive in depth training from leadership and communication experts both before departure and during the on site program in London, United Kingdom. The curriculum aligns with leadership frameworks used by leading global organizations and covers key topics including:

2.Public Speaking and Communication. Develop strong public speaking and strategic presentation skills in an international context through structured thinking, clear communication, and persuasive delivery. Key areas include:

- Host Participants will experience daily life and local culture in the United Kingdom through accommodation with a host family, gaining authentic cultural understanding
- Student residence living alongside international exchange participants, supporting holistic learning both inside and outside the classroom
5.Build a Valuable International Network. Participants exchange perspectives and experiences with peers from diverse backgrounds, forming connections that support future education, career, and leadership opportunities.
6.Experiential Learning at World-Class Institutions. Participants will visit and study at significant cultural, educational, and political sites in the UK, including:
- University lecture at Kingston Business School
- The British Museum, home to cultural heritage from across the world
- The Houses of Parliament, offering exposure to parliamentary debate and democratic processes at an international level

QUALIFICATIONS FOR APPLICANTS
Applicants must:
- Be aged 18–35 years old
- Able to communicate in English
- In good physical health, with a positive mindset, a commitment to self development, and strong interest in learning about diverse cultures
- Responsible, adaptable, and open to new learning experiences
- No criminal record
- Willing to comply with all immigration requirements and strictly adhere to the laws, customs, and social norms of the United Kingdom
- Must not have previously received a full scholarship from the Government of the United Kingdom
PROGRAM DURATION

Pre-Departure Workshop (March – April 2026)
- Participation in online workshops focused on leadership, personal development, and cross cultural living.
- Sessions will be conducted online via Google Meet or Google Classroom
- Every Saturday, 19:30 – 21:30 (GMT+7)
On-Site Program in London (27 April – 7 May 2026)
- On site learning activities at Speak Up London, including academic visits and experiential learning such as the Houses of Parliament and other key learning sites as outlined by the program. Participants will also visit leading universities and attend workshops, including at Kingston Business School.
ITINERARY


INSTRUCTORS AND EXPERTS
1.Fred Gordon serves as Director of Studies at Speak Up London and has been teaching English since 2011, with expertise in Business English and English for Specific Purposes (ESP). He is a graduate of King’s College London, RADA, and the University of Edinburgh, and also holds a Graduate Diploma in Economics from Birkbeck, University of London. He obtained the Diploma in English Language Teaching to Adults (DELTA) from University College London in 2017.
Fred currently serves as Chair of the London Director of Studies Association (LONDOSA) and is the Director of ELT Connect Ltd., a company founded to deliver Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programs for educators. He is a regular guest speaker at national and international conferences, including English UK and IATEFL, and plays an active role in advancing the English language teaching profession at an industry level.
2.Ewa Pietreniuk is a highly experienced public speaker who has led and organized events at the British Library, City Business Library, and various business communities across London. She is widely recognized for supporting executives, founders, and board members in developing and implementing personal brand marketing strategies, enabling them to raise capital, build professional authority, and unlock new career opportunities. With a strong background in sales and marketing across industries such as cosmetics, real estate, and education, Ewa has worked with leading organizations including L’Oréal, Flambard Williams, and Speak Up London, where she currently serves as Sales Manager.
3.Dan Magill is an international strategic communication consultant and professional copywriter, specializing in executive communication, storytelling, and persuasive messaging for leaders and global organizations. He has worked with prominent brands and institutions such as Vodafone, British Airways, Bloomberg, Bristol Myers Squibb, the UK Government, TSB Bank, NatWest Bank, and Microsoft. Dan is known for transforming complex ideas into clear, compelling messages that drive understanding and decision making, whether in executive forums, boardrooms, or public stages.

PROGRAM ACTIVITIES
Morning Sessions at Speak Up London. Morning classes are held daily from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM at Speak Up London. Participants will take part in:
- Public speaking workshops
- Leadership and personal development sessions delivered by experienced faculty members and professional trainers
- International Classroom Learning in Business English. Participants will study alongside international students to strengthen Business English skills for real world professional contexts, including:
- Workplace communication
- Negotiation skills
- Professional email writing
- Presentations and meeting management
Afternoon Sessions. From 1:30 PM onward, participants will engage in off site learning activities at key institutions in London, including:
- British Museum
- Natural History Museum
- Houses of Parliament
- University visits & workshops
- Free time for exploration
CERTIFICATION
All participants who successfully complete the program will receive a joint certificate of completion issued by: International Kingdom and Speak Up London. The certificate reflects skill development, international experience, and personal growth. Participants will attend an official certificate ceremony recognizing their successful completion of international training in leadership and communication.

A maximum of 15 participants will be selected for the London Cross-Cultural Leadership and Public Speaking Summit. (Those selected will receive an invitation letter for leave or time off to participate in the program.)

Participation in the London Cross-Cultural Leadership and Public Speaking Summit 2026 requires a program participation fee, which covers all core learning experiences, cultural activities, and accommodation.

SPECIAL QUOTA PARTICIPATION
Applicants who are not selected through the main evaluation process but wish to join the program may apply under a special quota. This option is strictly limited to five participants only.
