The leaders of the future start here at the London Cross-Cultural Leadership and Public Speaking Summit in London, UK, organized by International Kingdom (Thailand) and Speak Up London. The program is unique in developing oneself, creating international networks and preparing oneself to be a successful leader on the world stage. This program will help enhance participants’ leadership and public speaking skills in terms of self-discovery, personality development, confidence and new perspectives. In addition, training with participants from various fields will help create cultural exchanges and networks that are valuable for future leaders.
London, a city full of great history and diverse cultures, is a city that perfectly blends the old and the modern. Those selected to join the London Cross-Cultural Leadership and Public Speaking Summit will experience the wonders of London at every step, from learning international leadership skills to living in a city that is at the heart of the world of education and communication.
Participants will have the opportunity to learn through famous museums such as the British Museum, as well as visits and activities with UCL (University College London), one of the world’s leading universities, allowing all selected candidates to experience international education standards and learn from faculty and experts in leadership and communication.

Applicant Qualifications
- Age between 25-45 years
- Understand English at a basic level or above
- Be a Thai national (Thais living abroad are eligible to apply)
- Be in good health, have a positive attitude, are ready to develop themselves, and are eager to learn about different cultures
- Be responsible, flexible, adaptable, and ready to learn new things
- Have no criminal record
- Agree to comply with the conditions of legal entry into the country and strictly comply with the laws and etiquette in England
- Have never received a full scholarship from the UK government before
Number of project participants
25 people (The selected persons will receive an invitation letter for taking leave or requesting a vacation to join the project)
Project participation period
The project will last for 5 months, from December 2024 to April 2025.
Period 1: 15 – 31 December 2024: Prepare documents and apply for visas. The organizer will issue relevant documents for visa applications and assist in every step.
Period 2: 11 January – 9 February 2025: Study online before departure. Participants will study leadership and self-development courses. The teaching will be held online via Google Meet every Saturday and Sunday from 7:30 PM – 9:30 PM (Thailand time).
Period 3: 8 – 22 April 2025: Attend activities at Speak Up London and University College London, UK.
Key activities during the exchange period in the UK for selected participants
- Participants will stay with carefully selected host families in a safe and secure area.
- Every morning from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm, participants will attend a public speaking workshop and join leadership and personal development classes at Speak Up London.
- Selected participants will join an international classroom to learn Business English, English used in business contexts such as communicating in the workplace, negotiating, writing emails, presenting and running meetings, to enable users to communicate effectively in business situations.
- In the afternoon from 1.30 pm onwards, participants will have activities at various locations such as famous museums in London, join activities and visit world-class universities such as University College London, and have the opportunity to explore the area at their own leisure.
- Attend the certificate ceremony after the program.
HIGHLIGHT: MUSEUM
British Museum: One of the largest and most famous museums in the world, located in the heart of London, it houses a collection of historical objects from all over the world. 2. National Gallery: This art museum has a collection of classical paintings from famous artists such as Leonardo da Vinci, Van Gogh, and Michelangelo. 3. Science Museum: This is a place full of knowledge and technology, with exhibits on space travel, medical evolution, and the history of technology. 4. Natural History Museum: This is an interesting museum for those who are fascinated by natural sciences, with exhibits on fossils, marine life, and the history of the world.
HIGHLIGHT: UNIVERSITY
University College London (UCL): A world-class university and part of the “Russell Group” renowned for its education and research.2. Regent’s University: Located in Regent’s Park, this university specializes in business, arts, and social sciences. Its teaching is rigorous and directly linked to the business world.3. Queen Mary University: Located in London’s East End, it is known for its high-quality research.
Note: In the first week of the program, participants will visit University College London (UCL). In the second week, participants will travel to Regent’s University or Queen Mary University (one university per week).

- Round-trip airfare from Bangkok to London (in case of traveling from overseas, the project will support the budget to book the airfare by yourself)
- Orientation fee for participants
- Placement test fee
- Leadership and self-development course fee including public speaking skills (12 hours/week for internal group class and 4 hours/week for international class (1 hour/day))
- Host family accommodation fee, twin room (single room can be requested for additional cost) including breakfast and dinner in zone 3-4
- Travel card for zone 3-4 for two weeks
- Learning materials
- Two guided tours of London per week
- World-class university visits in London (one university workshop per week)
- Closing ceremony fee for receiving the graduation certificate
