The Oxford International Exchange Program offers students and young professionals the opportunity to live and learn in the historic city of Oxford, a place known around the world for its academic excellence and inspiring university environment. This program combines intensive English learning with meaningful international exposure, allowing participants to experience daily life in one of the most respected academic cities in the world.

During the program, participants will join English classes led by experienced instructors in Oxford. Each session is carefully designed to strengthen speaking and writing skills through practical learning methods such as group discussions, presentations, and collaborative projects. By engaging with peers from different countries, participants will build confidence in communication while developing teamwork and cross cultural understanding.

Beyond language improvement, the program offers academic insight and cultural exploration that enrich the overall experience. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of how effective communication shapes leadership in a global setting. Through immersive learning and real world interaction, they will grow personally and professionally, leaving the program with stronger confidence, broader perspectives, and valuable skills that will support their future academic and career paths.

What Selected Participants Will Gain

Selected participants of the Oxford International Exchange Program will gain the opportunity to experience Oxford like a real student through academic sessions and workshops organized by OISC, engaging with distinguished speakers and immersing themselves in a world class academic environment. Throughout the program, they will develop practical English skills for daily, academic, and professional settings, learning to express ideas clearly and confidently in real conversations while improving fluency through interactive discussions with international peers. Participants will also strengthen their critical thinking abilities in English by learning how to analyze issues, organize thoughts, and contribute meaningfully to debates. In addition, they will build valuable connections with a diverse global community of peers and mentors, expanding their international network and perspectives. The experience concludes with an official graduation and certificate ceremony in Oxford, marking a significant academic achievement.

20 participants will be selected. Each selected participant will receive an official invitation letter to support leave requests or formal approvals.

Program Duration

  1. Phase 1: April – May 2026 Preparation of documents and visa application. The program organizers will provide all necessary documents and guidance to assist participants throughout the visa process.
  2. Phase 2: 22 June – 2 July 2026 Participants will take part in interactive English Course held at Oxford International Study Centre (OISC) designed to strengthen speaking, writing, and presentation skills. The sessions focus on practical communication through discussions, group activities, and real-life simulations, allowing participants to practice English in an authentic academic environment.

Accommodation and Safety

Participants will stay in safe and comfortable accommodation in Oxford. They may choose to live with carefully selected local host families in welcoming neighborhoods, allowing them to experience daily British life in a natural way. For those who prefer more privacy, hotel accommodation can be arranged with an additional fee. Each option is prepared to ensure participants feel secure, comfortable, and fully supported throughout the program.

  • Visit to Christ Church, University of Oxford: Explore one of Oxford’s most famous and beautiful colleges. With its architecture, history, and connections to literature and film, offers a unique glimpse into both the academic tradition and cultural heritage of Oxford.
  • Networking the British Way: Afternoon Tea: Experience the elegance of a traditional English Afternoon Tea, and more. It!s not just about enjoying fine tea and delicacies, but also about practicing small talk, building confidence, and making meaningful connections in a relaxed and refined setting.
  • Closing Ceremony at Oxford Town Hall: End the program with graduation at the historic Oxford Town Hall. Celebrate your achievement as you receive your certificate of completion and capture the moment in academic gowns.

The program schedule and specific activities may be subject to change to ensure the best possible learning experience for all participants.

Certificates

Upon completing the program successfully, participants will be awarded official certificates. The Certificates of Completion for the Oxford International Exchange Program, jointly issued by Oxford International Study Centre and International Kingdom. These certificates will be formally presented during the Closing Ceremony at Oxford Town Hall.

Step 1: Complete the Application Form

Step 2: Submit an Essay

Applicants must submit an essay in English with the following details:

  • Topic: “How Improving My English Skills Will Support My Future Goals”
  • Length: 300-500 words
  • Format: Microsoft Word, Times New Roman, font size 14
  • Submission: Save the essay as a PDF file and attach it to the application form
