Program Overview
The UK Future Leader Program 2027 is a short-term international learning program for students, young professionals, and emerging leaders who want to strengthen their English communication, broaden their global perspective, and gain real exposure to life and learning in the United Kingdom.
Delivered in collaboration with leading UK education partners, Oxford International Study Centre (OISC), Studio Cambridge, and BSC Education, the program offers selected participants the opportunity to experience one of three iconic UK destinations:
1) Oxford Leadership Exchange Program, England
2) Cambridge Leadership Exchange Program, England
3) Edinburgh Leadership Exchange Program, Scotland
Each pathway is limited to 20 participants, keeping the experience focused, well-supported, and personal, combining English language learning, cultural immersion, leadership inspiration, international networking, and personal growth into one transformative week abroad.
This program is designed for students, young professionals, and working adults who wish to strengthen their communication skills, gain international exposure, experience life in the United Kingdom, and broaden their academic, professional, and personal perspectives.

Strengthen speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills for academic, professional, and everyday communication.

Develop essential teamwork, collaboration, feedback, and communication skills required in leadership settings.
4) Critical Thinking & Strategic Communication
Enhance analytical thinking and learn to communicate ideas, recommendations, and solutions with clarity.
5) Global Mindset & Intercultural Communication Develop the awareness and communication skills needed to engage effectively with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.

1) Three Premium UK Destinations. Participants may choose from Oxford, Cambridge, or Edinburgh — each offering a unique learning atmosphere and international experience.

3) Homestay Experience. Staying with a host family allows participants to experience real daily life in the UK while practicing English outside the classroom.
4) Academic and Cultural Immersion. The program combines classroom learning with city tours, cultural activities, historical visits, discussion sessions, and presentation opportunities.
5) Presentation and Closing Ceremony. Participants will give final presentations and receive certificates, helping them build confidence and create a strong sense of achievement.
6) Opportunity to Join Public Lectures. Participants who choose the Oxford, Cambridge, or Edinburgh pathway may have the opportunity to register for in person public lectures at the University of Oxford, the University of Cambridge, or the University of Edinburgh, three of the world’s most prestigious universities, subject to availability and registration conditions.
7) Dedicated Support from International Kingdom. Participants will receive guidance and coordination before and during the program, helping them feel prepared, supported, and confident throughout the journey.

Participant Eligibility
Applicants should meet the following qualifications:
1) Be between 18 and 45 years old
2) Be physically fit and able to participate in all program activities.
3) Have a positive attitude and a strong interest in improving English, communication skills, and cultural understanding
4) Be responsible and committed to attending classes regularly
5) Be open minded, adaptable, & willing to learn with people from different backgrounds
6) Have no criminal record that may affect participation in the program or international travel
7) Be willing to follow all program rules, travel requirements, and local laws of the destination country
English test results are not compulsory but may be submitted as supporting documents if available.

A Journey of History, Education, and Global Leadership
Experience one of the world’s most renowned university cities while developing English
communication skills, exploring historic colleges, and gaining insight into leadership,
education, and global perspectives.

B. Cambridge Leadership Exchange Program, England
A Journey of Innovation, Language, and Academic Inspiration
Study in one of the United Kingdom’s most respected academic cities while developing
communication skills through international classes, homestay life, and Cambridge’s
distinctive learning environment.
1) Key Activities in Cambridge
- English classes with international students (approx. 15 hours/week)
- Stay in homestay accommodation to experience life in an English-speaking
environment and practice English communication outside the classroom. - Join a walking tour of Cambridge to learn about the history, culture, and atmosphere
of this world-famous university city. - Punting on the River Cam. This experience allows participants to enjoy the city’s
scenery and beautiful architecture from a unique perspective. - International Learning Environment. Helping to strengthen confidence,
communication skills, and understanding of international contexts. - Closing Ceremony at One of the Colleges of the University of Cambridge.

A Journey of Culture, History, and Personal Growth
Experience Scotland’s capital while developing English communication skills, engaging
with international learners, and exploring Edinburgh’s history, culture, and landmarks.
Edinburgh is not only a world-famous travel destination, but also a city of creativity,
literature, arts, education, and culture.

Travel & Logistics Notes
- For the Edinburgh program, airport transfer from Edinburgh Airport is included as part of the program arrangement.
- Airport transfers are provided only at scheduled times and meeting points. Participants arriving outside this window, or traveling separately from the group, may need to arrange their own transport to accommodation.
- Participants who would like assistance with flight bookings should inform the program team at least 3 months in advance so the team can help search for the best possible flight options.
- Not included: international flight tickets, visa processing fees.
