Program Details
Great leaders don’t just lead themselves. They inspire others to grow and move forward. Leadership is more than a personal trait. It is a powerful blend of inner strength and support from the people around us, helping us grow with purpose.
The UK LeaderTalk Exchange Program 2025 is a collaboration between International Kingdom (Thailand) and the New College Group in the United Kingdom. This program helps young leaders build strong communication, confidence, and a positive leadership mindset to thrive in today’s global world.
Held in Manchester, a city known for its world-changing innovations, the program goes beyond the classroom. Participants will explore new cultures, learn how to adapt to living in a new culture, connect with people from diverse backgrounds, and discover their potential through real-world experiences.
This is your chance to grow as a leader, expand your perspective, and be part of something bigger.
